The City of White Sulphur Springs Municipal Court provides citizens with a fair and impartial court of law by interpreting and adjudicating applicable state laws and city ordinances. 

Our pledge is to uphold this commitment and offer courteous customer service to all citizens.  

Intial Appearances for Citations/Arraignments: 

Monday mornings at 10:00 a.m.

Contact with the court must be done on these days:

First Mondays of every month 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. (closed 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm) ~ 5:00 p.m.

After the first Monday of every month it will be: 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Tuesdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Wednesdays: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

City Court is closed on legal holidays and will convene on the next scheduled day.

Cell phones must be on silent/vibrate, preferably turned off.
